1. Introduction
AuraFitz ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by CodixoLabs Ltd and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the AuraFitz app and website, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using AuraFitz, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data — your name and email address, collected when you create an account.
- Health & fitness data — steps, workouts, and heart rate data, collected only with your explicit permission. You control what is shared.
- Usage data — screens visited and features used, to help us understand how the app is used and improve it.
- Device information — operating system, device model, and app version, for technical support and compatibility.
- Crash reports — anonymous diagnostic data sent automatically when the app crashes, to help us fix bugs.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Personalise your readiness score and workout recommendations based on how you feel each day.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the AuraFitz service.
- Send optional push notifications — check-ins, workout reminders, and motivational nudges — only with your consent. You can opt out at any time in Settings.
- Analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to understand which features are most helpful.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we never use your data for advertising targeting.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Firebase / Google — authentication, database (Firestore), analytics, and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Data is stored on Google's infrastructure in accordance with their privacy policy.
- RevenueCat — subscription and billing management. RevenueCat handles payment processing; we share only your anonymised user ID with them, never your name or payment details.
- Apple Health / Google Health Connect — we can read and write health data with your explicit permission. Health data is never sent to our servers without your informed consent, and you can revoke access at any time via your device settings.
5. Health Data
Health data is one of the most sensitive categories of personal information, and we treat it accordingly. All health data stored in Firebase is encrypted at rest and in transit. It is never sold or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other commercial third party.
You can delete all of your health data and account data at any time by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — view your personal data directly within the app in your profile settings.
- Correction — edit and update your profile information at any time.
- Deletion — go to Settings → Delete Account. All Firestore data associated with your account will be permanently purged within 30 days.
- Opt out of analytics — go to Settings → Privacy and disable analytics tracking.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal data associated with active accounts for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all identifiable personal data is purged from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate analytics data that cannot be linked back to any individual may be retained indefinitely to help us improve the service.
8. Cookies
The AuraFitz mobile app does not use cookies. Our website (drfitz.app) uses Google Analytics to understand visitor behaviour and improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised data about page views and sessions. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
9. Children's Privacy
The AuraFitz service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at codixolabs@gmail.com and we will delete that information promptly.
