1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AuraFitz app or website (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodixoLabs Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
2. The Service
AuraFitz is an AI-powered wellness coaching application that provides personalised workout plans, recovery recommendations, readiness scores, and meditation guidance. The Service is designed for general health and fitness purposes only.
AuraFitz is not a medical service. The content and recommendations provided by the app are for informational and general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of AuraFitz, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years of age.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You will notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
AuraFitz offers a free tier with core features and a Pro subscription with advanced coaching and analytics. Subscription terms:
- The Pro plan is available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law (including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction).
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.
5. Health Disclaimer
AuraFitz provides general wellness guidance only. It is NOT medical advice. The readiness scores, workout recommendations, and recovery suggestions are generated by AI based on the data you provide and are intended as general fitness guidance.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle, or if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. CodixoLabs Ltd is not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any content or recommendations within it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or view another user's account or data.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the app or its algorithms.
- Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
- Uploading or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempting to circumvent subscription restrictions or access Pro features without payment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade dress in the AuraFitz app and website are owned by or licensed to CodixoLabs Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
User-generated content — such as your profile data, workout logs, and personal notes — remains your property. By providing this content to the Service, you grant CodixoLabs Ltd a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will endeavour to provide notice before termination where it is reasonable to do so.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodixoLabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
